bug(IMPORTS): Import suggestions flooded with useless suggestions on both Zed and VSCode

Description

On latest 20.1.2, our import suggestions are exploding with useless suggestions.

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. install latest
2. try to type 'a' or 'p' in IDE, to see import suggestions

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't show all those.

Actual Behavior

It shows them.
