Bug: Filtered action list does not update after deleting or adding an action

Description

When filtering the action list based on a keyword, deleting or adding a new action does not refresh the list, so you have no feedback you just deleted/added an action.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to settings -> Actions
2. Filter by keyword "Delete"
3. Press the delete button next to "Delete selected item" action to delete it.

Apparently, for the user, nothing happened, although the action was succesfully deleted.
If you type again in the search box, the command in now gone.

The list should refresh automatically if the user deletes or adds a new command when the list is filtered.
