Pending version not updating to Current version

Many times now I've found that my pending version, even after reaching 100% synced does not replace the Current version. Why is this?

For example https://thegraph.com/hosted-service/subgraph/colonelssecretspices/kfc-graph-ftm?version=pending

Why is this still stuck in "Pending"?
