What is the current behavior?

Currently getting these debug logs:

no chain head update for 30 seconds, polling for update, component: BlockStream

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

What is the expected behavior?

The latest block picked up by TheGraph is 13,810,621. The latest block is 13,870,003
