[Bug]: JS Query will not start when application load

Current Behavior

I have a JS set to fire when the application loads. It will not fire when the application loads.

Expected Behavior

The JS query should fire on application load.

Steps to reproduce

I have attached a sample app. Note there are two queries, both set to launch on application load. One is "After Application Loads Plus Timeout" (Query 1) and one is "After Application Loads" (query 2)

Query 1 will fire on browser refresh, query 2 will not.

Environment

Tested on Cloud and Self Hosted 2.7.2

Could this be related to #1844

It looks like at least a Local SQL Query will properly start on Application Load. So this might just be limited to JS queries.
