[Bug]: Numeric Input Doesn't honor NULL values

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

I created a numeric Input, set it to "Allow Null", set the default value to {{null}} but the control still shows "0"

Expected Behavior

I expect the control to be empty with I give it a value of "null"
