[Etiquette] Could we agree to write Issue/PR titles in English?

Several open Issue/PR titles are currently written in Chinese, which makes it hard for international contributors to get a good overview in the lists.

If needed, descriptions and further comments etc can still be written in Chinese, but could we please "require" that (at least) the Title of each Issue and PR be written in English?

I can use translation tools as well, but I think unifying the language used in the Titles would be helpful for the SourceGit contributor community. (NOTE: I'm a Swede, but writing my Issue/PR titles in Swedish would not be very useful here...)

Automatic translation tools are not perfect and will sometimes skip or misinterpret parts of a title - therefore it would be nice if the author could "manually" provide the title in English, to make sure it accurately represents the author's intent.

Please note that I'm mainly concerned with the Titles (which appear in listings). I'm quite fine with having the detailed descriptions and comments in another language, but having the titles in English would help a lot with even just remembering if I've already looked at a certain Issue/PR (etc) in the list...

Having the titles in english would make it easier to check for duplicates when opening a new issue. Before I open an issue I search the repository for similar issues, but issues with titles in other languages obviously won't show up.

What are you using to have the translations show directly on github (inline)? That seems very useful.

For example, Google Chrome can be configured to translate into English and then you can right-click on a webpage and select "Translate to English". That seems to work quite well, even when the page is detected as English but it contains sections written in another language. (However, that only shows the translated lines, not both the original and its translation.)

Closing this, now that we've had a little discussion about it.

To summarize: auto-translating pages does improve matters but doesn't help for the searching problem that @Doodeletion mentioned, so it would still be appreciated if Title fields could be kept in English.
