Document `@ComponentScan(basePackages)` property placeholder and ant-path support

Parsing of `@ComponentScan(basePackages)` supports placeholder resolution from `Environment` and ant-paths (`**/*…`). These features should be documented and surfaced ideally in the annotation and under which circumstances these are applicable.
