[Feature Request] Add support for zod v4

My current packages are dependent on zod v4 , but the generated zenstack scehmas are in zod v3, causing integration issues.

Add support for zod v4, perhaps with some way to establish backwards compatibility eg with cli option or in config.

Hi @DawidWraga , I understand zod4 is getting more important. The challenge is zenstack's runtime itself also uses zod at runtime, so interop with a different version may be problematic. I'll check if there's a good solution.

V3 will likely be zod4 only.
