Senior Quantity Surveyor

Contract Type: Permanent 

Contract Hours: 37 per week 

Salary: NJC Grade H3 SCP 36-40 £45,718 - £49,764 per annum 

We are looking for a person to work within a team engaged in the provision of a complete professional quantity surveying, with extensive quantity surveying and construction knowledge.

Working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will directly deal and manage a wide range of projects and programmes. In addition you will contribute and provide support to the Service Manager and in the day to day management of the team including the assignment of tasks and coordination of activities carried out by other team members. You will also assist in the mentoring of other junior team members where appropriate in training and development.

As well as a good understanding of all stages of building design and construction you will have experience of leading a variety of projects and excellent building contract financial management skills. You will have a degree or diploma in Quantity surveying or equivalent and ideally have RICS membership status.
