Custom commit base url #150

Hi @ All,
thanks for the library and the cloud environment. I'm currently testing the setup-sqlc in a private Gitea version, and it works great so far as diffing and uploading goes.
A small bummer to me is that the commit link on the cloud dashboard (under uploads) is GitHub-based and is linking to a not existing commit on that platform. Sadly, I couldn't find any information about adding a base url to the commit message, so maybe there is an undocumented way.
Information would be highly appreciated. Thanks 😃
