Job Description: Coordinate and manage training programs efficiently from planning to evaluation, ensuring a distinguished training experience for participants. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate with trainers to ensure readiness of training content. Prepare training schedules and organize course timings. Communicate with trainees and provide support before, during, and after the course. Prepare training rooms and materials and ensure availability of technical tools. Follow up on registrations, attendance, and prepare performance reports for each course. Collect and evaluate participants’ feedback to improve training quality.
