- Access family help support Find out about levels of need, and how and when to register a family help assessment (FHA) or make a family help referral.
- Children at risk (MARF referrals) Professionals must report an urgent child protection concern over the phone and also submit an online Multi-Agency Referral Form.
- Professionals: Request a minor adaptation for a child or young person If a child or young person requires minor adaptations to help them stay at home, you can submit a request online.
- Reporting away from care episodes You must report all missing from care episodes, unauthorised absences and return from missing/unauthorised absences online.
