How to obtain a new partner integration sandbox license

Our current Partner intergration Sandbox License has expired, and i'm looking for a way to obtain a new partner intergration sandbox license within the same tenant . Can anybody help me with that. Been trying to get an answer from subscripton and sandbox support for couple of days now. But the keep sending met to different departments and still no answer.

    Below Step-by-Step on request a New Sandbox License:

    1. Confirm Eligibility
      • You must be enrolled in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program (MCPP).
      • You’ll need a valid PartnerID and Tenant ID.
    2. Go to the License Request Portal
      • Use the official ISV License Request Portal to submit your request.
      • This portal supports requests for discounted or free sandbox licenses depending on your partner program (ISV Connect, ISV Success, etc.).
    3. Fill Out the Form
      • Provide:
        • First and Last Name
        • Email and Job Title
        • Organization Name
        • PartnerID (found in Partner Center > Settings > Account Settings > Identifiers)
        • Tenant ID (from Azure AD > Properties)
      • Select the appropriate Promotional Offer (e.g., ISV Success, Test Drive, Discounted).
      • Choose the desired Sandbox License SKU from the dropdown.
    4. Submit and Wait
      • After submission, Microsoft typically responds within 3 business days.
      • If approved, you’ll receive a link to activate and assign the license.
