Not receiving notification from MCT Lounge

Hello team, 

 

I am not receiving notification from the MCT Program Announcements board within MCT Lounge. I have created a ticket within MCT Forum, and I was guided by the forum moderator to open up a discussion here.

    I’m also experiencing the same issue with MCT Program Announcements notifications. It would be helpful if there’s a way to ensure we receive updates properly. Have you checked if there are any specific subscription settings within the MCT Lounge that might affect notifications?

      I was able to mitigate the issue by changing the notification setting to immediately.
