  • In Microsoft Forms, it's not possible to embed a hyperlink behind text (e.g., using "click here" with a hidden URL) in the form header or elsewhere. Microsoft Forms only supports plain text in the header and question descriptions, which means:

    • Any link you paste will appear in full.
    • Markdown, HTML, or rich text formatting are not supported.

    💡 Workarounds (without third-party tools)
    1. Use a trusted URL shortener within your organization
If your organization has an internal or branded link shortener (like https://intra.company/snow), that’s the best option.
Ask your IT or communications team if such a service exists.

    2. Add the link with a clear instruction in the description
    Example:

To submit your request via ServiceNow, please use the following link:
    https://short.company/snow

    3. Redirect via SharePoint or internal intranet
If allowed, create a short redirect link using SharePoint or your intranet portal (e.g., https://intranet/submit-request) that points to the longer ServiceNow URL.
