This morning, International Airlines Group (IAG) announced its H1 2025 financial results. As part of the group, we delivered an operating profit of £824m at an operating margin of 11.7% – up £269m compared to the same period in 2024, flying 102% of 2024 levels.* Despite external challenges during the first six months of the year, including weather disruption, ATC restrictions, geopolitical volatility and the Heathrow power outage in March, we have seen significant improvements in our operational performance, customer satisfaction, and resilience. We are proud to see the continued results from our £7bn transformation programme, flying 19.4million mainline customers around the world so far this year and achieving some of our best-ever punctuality results. As we look ahead to the second half of the year, we remain focused on delivering a stable, efficient operation and continuing to invest in our people and our customers. You can see some of our H1 highlights below. *All financials have been restated to exclude BA Holidays

We’re proud to support Forestry England in restoring and protecting some of the UK’s most precious wildlife habitats. After Storm Arwen devastated Harbottle Forest in Northumberland, the BA Better World Community Fund helped fund the restoration of the red squirrel reserve, as well as a new woodland in Wing Wood, Buckinghamshire. Forestry England is now turning its attention to support the threatened osprey at Kielder Forest, with our Newcastle team volunteering on the ground to help conservation efforts, including osprey ringing. A massive thank you to our customers for their support. You can learn more about Forestry England’s osprey project and support the conservation work here: https://lnkd.in/eC-S2gVd #BritishAirways #BABetterWorld #CommunityFund
