On one of our busy central London sites, delivered in partnership with Collins Construction Ltd one of the key challenges has been operating and managing deliveries on an extremely narrow street. To overcome this, Construction Logistics Group Ltd implemented a pit lane system – expertly managed delivery slots during working hours, which then transforms into a pedestrian walkway out of hours to maintain safe access through the area. We’ve recently taken this a step further by opening a temporary pedestrian tunnel, allowing safe passage while vital reception works are underway. His dedication to maintaining a tidy, well-presented site hasn’t gone unnoticed – and neither has the hard work of Gabriella and Relu, who’ve been instrumental in supporting him every step of the way. 🙌 We also wanted to share some kind words from Jack Pompili Structure Tone London Senior Construction Manager: “George, Gabriella & Relu, continue to be real assets to the 100 Bishopsgate Team since we started on site back in February. An extension of our Structure Tone team. We have works covering three floors, in a complex in-occupation building, with works being both in hours and out of hours. With multiple interfacing areas shared with the client, George and his team carefully manage all logistics and housekeeping duties to maintain Structure Tone’s ongoing global relationship with our client– to deliver a clean, quiet and quality project.
