A big thank you to Ferdinand Cleare Joe Toft and Paul Beeston at Rider Levett Bucknall RLB for hosting our Staff and Board Away Day yesterday. And to my brilliant Member Services Director, Eimear Davis, for organising it all so superbly. Bringing the wider team together in person created space for some incredible conversations.
