Respecting Wildlife: A Small Step That Makes a Big Difference As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, our team has taken proactive steps to protect one of Britain's endangered mammals; the water vole, on one of our construction sites. Water voles thrive in undisturbed riverbanks and streams, but their habitats can be incredibly sensitive to change. To ensure their safety, we’ve implemented a 5-meter exclusion zone around key habitat areas. This buffer not only prevents disturbance but helps preserve the delicate ecosystems that support them. Project Update – ECO Parley Works are advancing at Parley anaerobic digestion (AD) plant for our Client Eco Sustainable Solutions Ltd. Recently completed works include: 🔸Continuation of excavation works for the bund wall, bases and electrical ducting installation for Mildren Building services. 🔸Installation of pumping chamber for ground water discharge from the bunded area. 🔸Formwork, reinforcement and concreting to the bund wall around the digester tanks. 🔸Foundation bases for pumping containers, and heating containers and site offices. 🔸Installation of pipework from dosing tanks to heating containers and gas to grid structure. #construction #anaerobicdigestor #sustainable

Project Update – Langstone The team at Langstone Park continue to make best use of the favourable conditions. The main warehouse slab has been completed, and the team have commenced the installation of the blockwork dividing wall to Units 6 & 7, and the drylining and M&E installs continue to the office spaces at either end. They have begun placing the cladding roof to Unit 5 and the yard slabs are now also underway at Unit 5 pushing steadily towards the next phase. Glazing is now substantially complete across the scheme and cladding to Units 6 & 7 is progressing at pace. Meanwhile, service installation continues along the spine road, bringing essential infrastructure to life. Project Update – Coty Bournemouth Check out the latest progress from COTY in Bournemouth! Following the relocation of COTY into their new car park, works commenced to remove the old car park area to progress with the final building on the new Bankes Heath development. Building 1’s concrete slab pour has been completed, enabling commencement of the internal works. Works are ongoing to the new trucking parking facility and security hut, whilst on-going roofing and cladding work to the new commercial units continues. Milestone Reached! Bristow Search & Rescue.   The team has reached a monumental milestone at Bristow Search & Rescue.   The bridge beams, gantry and helicopter simulator have been craned into place and installed having arrived from Austria at the weekend!   Three cranes were required to complete this part of the project: 🏗️ The LTM 1300-6.3 a world record breaking mobile crane which can carry a complete 90 metre (295 ft) telescopic boom. 🏗️ The LTM 1090-4.2 the all-rounder crane which can carry a complete 60 metre (196 ft) telescopic boom. 🏗️ The LTC 1050-3.1 is a compact crane for big jobs which can carry a complete 48 metre (158 ft) telescopic boom.   Thanks to meticulous planning, seamless collaboration across every trade, and smooth liaison with Solent Airfield, Bristow Group Helicopters Air Sea Rescue who operate from Solent Airfield, and HM Coastguard, these lifts were completed without a hitch.   #construction #crane #lifting #helicopter #gantry #searchandrescue #teamwork
