Let’s normalise celebrating the small wins. In recovery, in wellbeing, and in the workplace, progress isn’t always grand. It’s turning up. It’s asking for help. It’s showing resilience when it would be easier to give up. At Wirral Ways, we honour these moments. They’re the foundation of real change. ➡️ What’s a win—personal or professional—that you’re proud of this week? 🍹 Introducing the Recovery Sunrise A refreshing, alcohol-free option from our mocktail recipe collection—perfect for workplace socials, community events, or winding down at home. Ingredients ✔ 100ml orange juice (fresh is best) ✔ 50ml mango juice ✔ 1 tsp grenadine ✔ Crushed ice ✔ Orange slice or cherry to garnish Method Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Add the orange juice, then gently pour in the mango juice (don’t stir!). Drizzle grenadine along the inside of the glass—it’ll sink and create a beautiful "sunrise" effect. Garnish and enjoy. This Alcohol Awareness Month, we’re showing that going alcohol-free doesn’t mean missing out. 💼 Interested in sober-friendly wellbeing ideas for your workplace? True equity in recovery means meeting people where they are, not just physically or emotionally, but linguistically too. At Wirral Ways, our website automatically translates into every language, breaking down barriers to information and support. As we mark #SouthAsianHeritageMonth, we’re focusing on the intersection of race, disability, and recovery from a professional perspective. Let’s rethink how we deliver services with equity at the core. 🔗 Explore our inclusive resources: https://bit.ly/3RYDrfH 📩 Interested in collaborating on EDI initiatives?
