Engage in open, transparent discussions with the agency to understand their perspective and negotiate mutually agreeable terms. Break down the budget into specific allocations for different aspects of the project, such as media buying, creative development, and analytics. Prioritize spending based on areas that will have the most significant impact on your objectives. Develop a detailed project plan with agreed-upon milestones and deliverables, ensuring that both parties are aligned on expectations. Regularly review progress and financials to ensure adherence to the budget and make adjustments as needed.

Solely is contingent upon the current position the disagreement is in. Einstein said genius is seeing and correcting mistakes before they happen but we all can have his IQ! Or I mean do but the odds are their will not be two under the same roof so sucks for you lol jk. My point being work diligently to foresee these sort of issues as early detection will significantly impact your ability to successfully navigate through the issue to produce the best possible outcome. Knowing this beforehand obviously will encourage you to immediately take steps towards establishing a good working relationships with the parties that will be the supervising the areas of the project that are charged with the media production and or its financial maintenance

Handling financial disagreements in professional partnerships can be challenging. You start by establishing a transparent dialogue, this is crucial to ensuring all parties are aware of the budget constraints and project priorities from the outset. Encouraging a collaborative approach to finding a solution that can meet both parties' objectives within the financial constraints like adjusting the scope of work or finding cost-effective alternatives. If agreements are not reached, involve a neutral third party which can help facilitate a fair resolution. Maintaining a positive, long-term relationship with partners often means being willing to compromise and find mutually beneficial solutions
