    Step 1: Make a list. You can’t truly assess without seeing it at full view. Step 2: Prioritize by importance/impact, keeping in mind how much time others might need after your step is complete. Step 3: Assess feasibility and reach out to stakeholders if more time is needed. Transparency is key 🔑. Step 4: Delegate if you can. Don’t feel like you must own all the things. Step 4: Dive in. Start knocking out items based on priority. This might mean knocking out smaller/less time consuming high priority items first to shorten your list or truly going from first item to last. Often once you start doing, it goes smoother and faster than you think. Pro-Tip: Physically write the list on paper - it helps with brain engagement and processing.
