Managing multiple platforms is all about strategy. I do extensive research on each platform to stay on top of trends and adapt my content accordingly. The hardest part is finding the right topics and developing them. And honestly, staying authentic makes all the difference : Forcing a persona or tone that isn’t natural is obvious and breaks the connection with your audience. After that, creating content is just a matter of finding some time, and you’re good to go. Personally, I use Metricool (and no, this isn’t a collab 😅). It’s a super handy tool to plan, analyze, and centralize my posts across all platforms

Repurpose content: Tailor a single piece of content to fit multiple platforms, saving time while ensuring relevance. Leverage automation tools: Use tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to manage posting schedules and track performance across channels. Set platform-specific goals: Define clear objectives for each platform, ensuring your efforts align with its unique audience and features.

Find out where your audience spends most of their time and start there. Set clear goals for each platform: maybe LinkedIn for educational content, Instagram for behind-the-scenes, and Twitter for updates. Keep organized with a content calendar. Don’t reinvent the wheel each time. Repurposing is your best friend. Take your best-performing content and adjust it for each platform’s style. Check your analytics, see what works, and tweak as needed. Focus on quality over quantity for better results.

I will post on several networks plus I send out newsletters and text messages to engage my customers. I also think it’s extremely important to meet people face-to-face so they can see the work that I do. I am a international mix media Fine artist and I love to have people engage in a work that I create. So whether it is for them to purchase work from me for their business home or as a gift, I love when people can interact with my work on a personal level, whether there being a large space or small intimate environment.

first of all don't be everywhere. Each business have specific customers that can be found in specific platforms. For example if its b to b then LinkedIn secondly know where your audience is spending most of its time and prioritize across multiple channel on that basis and lastly don't create a new thing each time you can re-share and you must re-share your previous top performing contents.
