Happy Spider-Man Day! The Walt Disney Company Australia and New Zealand is proud to have launched a new Supertee: Marvel Edition with ‘Spider-Man’ design in collaboration with the Fair Fight Foundation. The first of ‘Spider-Man’ Supertees were delivered to children at Sydney Children’s Hospital. The iconic 'Spider-Man' is the third Marvel Avenger character in the Supertee: Marvel Edition collection, adding to ‘Captain America’ and ‘Captain Marvel’, available to more than 100 Children’s Hospitals and places of care around Australia. Cast members participated in preparing for the launch, including writing cards with special inspirational messages to accompany the ‘Spider-Man’ Supertees, and at a packing event held at Disney Studios Australia in Sydney. Supertees are multi-functional medical garments which serve as a Super Hero costume to give children a psychological boost and uplift their hospital experience. The Fair Fight Foundation has distributed more than 35,000 of its Supertees since it started in 2018.
