• Served as Community Relations Chair for the Upper Pier Avenue Committee, an 11-member task force of Commissioners & residents to evaluate and execute beautification plans for Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach. The plan passed Council and upgrades completed within 2 years.
• Represented PW Commission on early task force to review infrastructure and design changes to the Pacific Coast Highway and Aviation Boulevard corridors within Hermosa Beach similar to the Upper Pier project.
• Assisted with passage of 7-city South Bay Bicycle Coalition Master Plan to adopt bike paths on thoroughfares and through neighborhoods (http://bit.ly/2iFTUGi)
