- [Instructor] If you have access to the exercise files for this course, then you can download them to your desktop as I've done here. When you open this exercise files folder, you'll see that there are sub-folders for the videos that use materials. 02_02 is for chapter two, video two, and so on. In 02_02, there's also a data file which consists of tables in Microsoft Excel. You can also import this file into any other application you use, such as Google Sheets or LibreOffice, for looking at the data and creating graphs. These folders also have the sample presentations that I've created in several formats, Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and PDF. The contents is identical in each format, so use whichever version is most convenient for you. If you don't have access to the exercise files, that's okay. You can still follow along by watching how I use the course files.
