- [Instructor] One of the best things I've learned about presentations for actionable insights is that, paradoxically, it can help to do things backwards, or at least a little bit. More specifically, you may want to put your conclusions, the actionable insights, at the beginning of your presentation before you show the data. But let me explain why that is. In terms of structuring your presentation, like any story, you're going to have a beginning, a middle, and the end. The beginning should have a title page, a slide with a question or the goal of the analysis, and the third slide should have the actionable insights, so title, question or goal, actionable insights. The middle part of the presentation should have graphs that support the recommendations, and you put the insights directly on the graphs and you direct attention as you go through.
