Creating a Custom GPT to assess project management risks
- This is the screen of a new GPT, okay? A new GPT. So you can use the GPT Builder or you can start typing everything. But just to make it a little bit more AI based, let's create on Create. And look, I don't need to know any code, anything, I just need to explain the GPT Builder what is my plan. So now, let's suppose I am the head of a PMO of a corporation, okay? And I want to create a GPT to help me to identify and analyze project risks. So let's try to figure out what is the best approach we can use to that. So for example, what would you like to make? "I want a GPT that helps project managers inside my company to identify and analyze risks." Let me, analyze risks. Okay, GPT Builder. Okay, it's starting to create for me the GPT. Of course, I could have written much more information, but let's just to make it short here for you to see how fast I can do something interesting here, and then you can refine later. So I'm updating, okay, my GPT. A Risk Navigator, it's suggesting the name. "Please use Project Risk Navigator." Just to change it. Okay, good. So I'm starting with the name of the GPT, and now, the GPT Builder is generating a picture that will be on the top of these square here, so people will identify, it's like an avatar of my own GPT. So I'll wait. Okay, let's see what picture. And it created. But look, on this side, already has the questions, "How I can identify? Can you help analyze? What are the common risks in construction projects?" Did you see? This was created by the GPT Builder. For example, what do you think about this one? Great, so I'm just saying I like the picture. Of course, you can change it later, but let me just go up to the end until I share this. So I'm using, for example, I can refine what types of industries. For example, here, "We work in infrastructure and construction. We want risks related to civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and other related. We want to look for and analyze risks." Okay, then I do that. I'm just explaining and talking, because now, it's narrowing to infrastructure and construction. It could be any topic, okay, any related. So it's already analyzing for me and creating a custom view. And then, I can say which kind of, for example, of instructions do you want, for example. I can say, "Avoid mentioning," I'm just using this as an example, "political risks. Please make sure that you discuss global risks." Or, "Make sure that you discuss about," for example, "global trade risks." And conversation tones, so for example, "Be informal, write in simple English, be direct and clear in your suggestions. Be friendly, but direct. Short answers are better than longer answers." Okay. Then, this, okay? So it's already updating the GPT, and when it's ready, I will have a link, or I can publish this on the GPT Store. Of course, if this is corporate, this is not, for example, for the public use, but for example, quick tips for severe project risks, brief analysis. Did you see that it changed this to the context of my risks? Yeah, and look, if I click on Configure, did you see that everything was filled? And then, I can upload files here as we speak. You can use PDFs, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, this kind of files, but honestly, very soon, it'll be an audio, for example, you can put a lecture here of you teaching people how to use, for example, your methodology, you can put everything. And you can access and make available, for example, the Code Interpreter. And this is the tool that brings a little bit of math to that. So you can put here and upload as many files as you need. Currently, this version for the normal user, it's 20 files, but you can combine these files. So you can combine and you can have, I would say a very decent set layer of information that will go on the top of the GPT. And if you come here and save, for example, I will not save for everyone, but I will put anyone and confirm. I'm just using this as an example. So what happened? I have here my project risks, and then look here, I have this link. If I give it to you, Ashley, you can use this. If I put this on internet of my company, I can use it.
