How to use AI to help with a project review
- The classic review process is to sit down with your team and discuss what went well so that we can repeat it, what went less well so that we can avoid it next time, and what we could have done better seeing it all now with the benefit of hindsight. Now AI can't help much with this, but what it can do is help future projects to use the information from this review meeting. Normally, we either don't do the review at all because we don't have time, or we have the discussion and hope we've learned from it. Or best of all, we write it all down and file the review away for future people to use when they do their similar projects at some point in the future. But of course, that almost never happens because it's too hard to sift through all the reviews and find the bits that are relevant to your particular new project.
