Using annotative scaling
- [Instructor] Once again, we're staying in our Design Intent.dwg file. And in the previous video, we set up our viewports and our layout tabs in the bottom left corner there. Now, when we look in our viewports in our layout tab, the one thing we notice is all the text is nice and easy to read, in the table, and in the notes column, and the bolting plate plan text looks good as well. But the dimensions are really, really small. That's because they're not annotative, and also, they haven't got an annotation scale applied to them. So what we need to do is jump back into the model tab, first of all. Now you'll notice that the dimensions are very, very small, because they're not annotative whatsoever. So we need to make them annotative. How do we do that? Well we can either make the dimensions themselves annotative or we can check what dimension style they're using and make that annotative instead.
