- [Instructor] To get the most out of this course, there are a few things you should know. I'm working with PowerPoint from Microsoft 365 on Windows 11 and I'm using the black office theme. Your version of PowerPoint might look slightly different, but the commands should be similar. I've provided a PowerPoint file and assets so you can follow along with the hands-on portions of the course. There's a link just below the video. Download and unzip the file prior to the course. You'll see a PowerPoint file called Visual variety exercises.pptx. This is the file we'll use for the hands-on exercises. There are also five images that we'll use when building the example slides, and I've also provided a PDF file that includes images of all of the slides you'll see in the course. Use these concepts for inspiration as you practice adding visual variety to your own slides, using your own unique words, pictures, and graphics specific to your presentation and message.
