- [Instructor] For creating a use case diagram, we can use the general icons or we can scroll down and open up the options for UML. For our particular use case we're going to start off with an actor. There's the actor. We have our end-user. Let's move that end-user over to the left. What's my next state going to be? Well, the customer will be entering my online store, and there will be a decision point that has to be made. Now when we look at the icons we don't see a decision point there but we can scroll back up and say, fine, we need a starting point and we need a decision point. Now, my end-user will connect to my SaaS application. There's a decision point coming. It connects to my decision point. Selecting my decision point, what do I want to connect to? You can see that the interface is a little quirky sometimes, but you get the drift. This would be authenticating and being unsuccessful, therefore being rejected…
