    The content is useful. I suggest reorganizing sections. For example, there was the section on company culture and how that conversation is had immediately with CEO. The lecturer mentioned this at middle-end of class. That would be great in the beginning to kick off planning. What are CEO goals objectives and how to begin a plan of delivering, then moving on to employees and get their take, then move on the KPI's, metrics, issues, reviews/progress, etc. This would comprise the strategy for senior operation executives or C-Suite executives.
