Assign tasks to team members

- [Instructor] If you are managing a plan, an important job is assigning which team members are responsible for each task. And if you're simply a member working on a plan, it's important to know which tasks are assigned to you. I'm in my plan called Online Banking System, and if I click the members button near the top right, I can see a list of all of the members of this plan. Now to start, I want to see how this works in the board view. So up at the top, I'll switch to the board view, and I can see this assignment button on each task. So I can click that, and it shows me that same list of members. I'm going to choose Aya. She has now been assigned to this task. I can see her account icon on the task, and she is the person responsible for completing the task. Moving to the next task, if you don't see that assignment button, you can point at the task where you'll see this button with three dots, click that, and then you'll see this button to assign task there.
