Work with different views

- [Instructor] When using Planner, it's important to pay attention to which view you have selected. At the top, you see I have the board view selected. This type of view is sometimes referred to as a Kanban board. When this view is active, the interface shows the columns or buckets that you can use to group your tasks, but at the top, you can select other views which offer other ways to visualize and work with your plan. If I switch to the grid view, you see it's like a spreadsheet. There's a row for each task and a column for each piece of information stored for each task. To see more information about a task, you can point at it, then click on the button with the letter I to open up the information panel. And for now, I'll just close that. And next, I'll skip all the way over to the charts view. And this gives you quick graphs to visualize the status of the tasks in your plan.
