- Professional virtual sessions start with the right Team setup. Let me show you how I prepare my space for a smooth virtual delivery. First, we'll create our meeting settings. Create a Teams webinar for a registration page, or set up a standard meeting and just invite your attendees. If you are using a webinar, you'll need to first enter some important information on the information page. Once you have your information in place, choose save to proceed. In a Teams webinar, you can add information, like who's presenting, and you can also add a custom banner, icon, and logo to your registration page. It also allows you to set up information to your attendees ahead of time. You can determine what types of reminders and information your attendees will receive and when.
