Add layers and create a wireframe
- [Instructor] Okay, in this step I'm going to add some layers to assign my different types of content to and then using those layers, I am going to draw a wire frame of picture frames and text frames so that I can see at a glance where my content is going to go. I'll come to the layers panel, rename layer one text. Create two new layers, rename the first of those, the one that is color coded red, pictures and the second, page furniture. So, by page furniture I'm referring to all of those elements of the newsletter that stay in the same place from month to month. Let's reorder these layers, so we have text pictures, page furniture. My name plate and tag line, this is an example of page furniture. I'll select it and then move it to the page furniture layer. We see that its outline color changes. The same is true of my folios. Command J is my go to page keyboard shortcut. I want to go to page A. That takes me to my master pages, command A or select all of the content on those pages and…
