- [Instructor] As a final step we want to archive the project. Throughout the course of the Newsletter you may have placed images from a variety of different folders, possibly from a variety of different file servers and we now want to gather everything up into a single folder so that when you come to work on the next month's or the next quarter's issue you've got everything there in a tidy package. So I'm going to come to the file menu and choose package. This used to be used for preparing a project for printing and you would send the package to the printer. These days, most printers tend to prefer to receive a print-ready PDF because it's easier for them and it's less prone to error. But this is still a useful feature for archival purposes. We see a warning triangle here telling us that we have RGB images. We're not concerned about that because we are using a PDF preset that converts the colors to CMYK.
