- [Instructor] We're looking at a worksheet called "HR List." This is about 100 rows or so, 110 rows. And we're about to print it. Anytime you want to print, Ctrl P. We get a quick print preview. And I've got two concerns here. First of all, I always look at the bottom of the screen, as you should too when you come to print preview. How many pages will this take up? As I scroll downward here, I realize I've got data that's going to other pages to the right. Let's escape from here. Probably what we could do to save some time, because the data isn't truly necessary, is to hide some of these columns. That's going to be helpful. But this is going to be made available as a handout to some of our HR professionals. What we really want to do here is make this be double spaced, or triple spaced, so that we got some writing room between the entries here.
