- According to a recent survey, 49% of employees said they need training on how to use AI tools before they can use them effectively. Keeping pace with AI adoption will require employees to upskill and re-skill continually, and HR will enable much of this learning. PwC recently announced that it's making a $1-billion investment to scale its AI capabilities, and as a part of the initiative, it will upskill its entire workforce on GenAI, why? Well, according to the Chief People Officer, because of the fundamental need for all employees to have GenAI skills. This is excellent news. Now listen to the strategy. PwC plans to assess the most relevant GenAI information to provide employees based on their responsibilities and job description. The company also plans to deliver the materials and information through live training sessions, gamification, and other means. Remember, this is all about context for employees, right?…
