- [Instructor] Okay, so we've now created a Copilot agent with its Knowledge built on the Globe Bank employee handbook. We can ask it questions about company policy, and it can provide answers found in the handbook, so here in the Overview screen, we've completed the Name of the agent, the Description. We can see the Instructions, and by the way, you can edit any of these items by clicking the Edit button up here, and we can also see the handbook added here under Knowledge. Next section is Actions, and you can see this is where you can empower the AI to complete specific tasks. I'll click Add action. Here we can see some of the actions we can add, like Delete a row in an Excel spreadsheet. If your agent has something to do with working with data in an Excel file. We can run a script or get a weather forecast, but there are many more actions available than what we initially see here. For this example, let's say we want the agent to be able to send an email. Here in the Search field…
