- Ever being in a meeting where no one speaks up, ideas feel superficial, and real conversations never seem to happen? The problem isn't a lack of ideas. It's often a lack of trust. With lean principles, time in meetings becomes an investment, not a drain, because everyone trusts each other to focus on continuous improvement by working on the right things. When trust is present, people feel safe to share their true thoughts without fear of conflict, leading to discussions about the issues that matter. Without it, meetings become nothing more than guarded conversations, which, for the most part, are ineffective.
