Creating a simple title block for your AutoCAD drawings
- [Instructor] We're starting another chapter now and we're going to take a quick look at how you communicate your design intent through an AutoCAD drawing. I have mentioned it in previous chapters in the course. And what we're going to do is we're going to start with a whole new drawing called communication.dwg. And you can download that from the library to follow along with the videos in this particular chapter. You'll recognize the drawing from previous chapters where we've worked on the same floor plan drawing, but what we're going to start thinking about now is how we communicate our design using an actual physical sheet with a titleblock and so on. So the first thing we're going to look at is creating a simple titleblock with a bit of text on it. Now, what I'd like you to do is a quick bit of housekeeping first.
