- [Instructor] We've created assignment groups inside of our Canvas course, and we'll now take a look at how we can create an actual assignment. First, in order to do this, remember that I'm on the Assignments tab here in the Course navigation bar. And if you're on the Assignments tab, then in the upper right corner you'll have this plus Assignment button. I'm going to go ahead and click on that. And the first thing you'll notice is that this is extremely similar to what we did when we created a page. In fact, it's almost identical, other than the fact that down below, there are some things that we'll add to it that will make it an assignment. So I'm going to go ahead and enter in the name of this assignment. And it is a genetics video reflection. Now down below in the Rich content editor, we can create the assignment.
