Empathize with your users
- Having empathy for others is a great personality trait. Because having empathy for someone else means that you understand and share the feelings they have. Even if you are different, you can relate at some level and empathize with how they feel. In product design, when we're able to understand how our customers feel, we can provide them with solutions they need most. In turn, they will find much value in our product. With design thinking, we can build empathy in a way that is so rich with understanding that we can uncover problems they struggle most with and provide solutions tailored to their unique needs and desires. To unwrap this further, imagine for a moment, some product or service that you value greatly, if you can identify one that had such great value you recommended it to others.
