Share candidate profiles for feedback and decisions

- [Instructor] In this video, let's take a look at how to share candidate profiles in LinkedIn Recruiter to gather feedback and make more informed hiring decisions. Sharing candidate profiles ensures that all relevant stakeholders can provide input, leading to better hiring decisions. It also helps maintain transparency and keeps everyone on the same page. So first, let's navigate to the candidate that we want to share. I'm going to scroll down and let's say it is Julie Parker. Over to the right, I'm going to go to the three dots icon, select that, and then select Share for Review, meaning that I want to share Julie Parker's profile for review with one of my teammates. I'm going to click there and it brings up this popup here. It says Share Profile With, and you can type in the names. I'm going to type in my coworker Kate who I want to share this with, and then it auto generates a message down below. You can either use this message or type your own. I do recommend you have a message though to let them know what it is you are looking for. Now, when I'm done, I can go ahead and click Share, and that will be sent out now to Kate so that she can provide her feedback. If I click on here, Julie's profile, and bring out her profile card, you can see that under Feedback, there are two things of feedback. Now, I had done one already to Kate, but I sent another one. So we can see that this feedback is pending right now for Julie. When we receive it, that feedback will appear right inside of here. I'm going to close this and then navigate back to my Recruiter Homepage. And the only reason I want to do this is just to show you, down here, that one of the tabs we have is for feedback. And if I click on that, you'll see here if you do receive any feedback from one of your coworkers or teammates. So that's how you can share it with your team and then see what feedback they leave. Using that collected feedback, you can then make more informed hiring decisions. Consider the different perspectives and insights provided by your team to evaluate the candidate better. Sharing candidate profiles for feedback is an important part of a collaborative hiring process, and by involving your team, you can ensure diverse viewpoints and make better hiring decisions.
