What's new in LinkedIn Recruiter?

- [Instructor] Welcome to the What's New video for this course. This video is the best place to check back and see what's changed inside of LinkedIn Recruiter. Instead of rewatching the entire course, you can simply watch this video to see if any major features have been added or updated. As of early 2025, here are the most important new features. First is the AI-assisted search and project creation. You can now describe your ideal candidate in plain language or even paste in a full job description or intake notes. LinkedIn recruiter will use that information to build a targeted search or even create a full project for you automatically. This saves time and helps you get better results right from the start. You can learn more about this in the video on creating a new AI-assisted project. Next is AI-powered messaging. In Recruiter, you can now use AI to help you write personalized messages to candidates. LinkedIn tailors each message using candidate profile information, your job post, and your own content preferences. This works whether you're messaging one person or reaching out to a group of up to 25 candidates. It's a great way to save time and still make your messages feel personal. You'll find these features in the new videos about AI-powered messaging. A third update is the improved AI assistant available in the help center. You can now ask the built-in AI assistant questions that you have. It will guide you to answers, help articles, and quick actions inside of LinkedIn recruiter. Also, if you want to dive deeper into some of the AI features in Recruiter, I suggest checking out the course, Exploring AI in LinkedIn Recruiter by Nicole Rodney, which offers a walkthrough of the newest AI tools for sourcing, messaging, and managing projects. So check back periodically with this video to see if anything has been updated in LinkedIn Recruiter.
