- [Instructor] Charts are one of the best ways to visualize data and tell a story with your numbers. In this lesson, we'll cover how to create and format charts so you can present your data clearly and professionally. To insert a chart, go to the Insert tab and click on Chart. Here, you'll find a number of different chart types. I'm going to select bar, I'll choose clustered bar, and click okay. Now, I have a chart on my slide. I also have a small mini Excel window here with an opportunity to insert my data. I'm going to delete these two columns since I don't need them, right click, delete, and now, I can close this window and the chart is inserted onto my slide with the appropriate data. The first thing I'm going to do is resize this chart so that it fits my slide a bit better, and I'll position it right here. I'm also going to make sure that the text is readable, so I'm going to go ahead and go to the Home tab, click on the font color dropdown, and select white. This turns all of…
