Getting the big picture with Multiview
- The multi-view function in OBS is a powerful tool that lets you view multiple scenes at once, which is incredibly useful for live production, giving you a comprehensive overview of your setup. Whether you're a solo streamer or part of a production team, multi-view can significantly enhance your workflow by letting you monitor and switch between scenes quickly and efficiently. So at the top of the main dashboard, you'll see a tab labeled view. You're going to click on this tab and you'll find two options, multi-view full screen, and multi-view window. Selecting the full screen option will utilize an entire monitor for your multi-view, which is great if you have an extra monitor dedicated to monitoring your scenes. The windowed option, which is what I'll demonstrate, opens a new window that you can resize and position anywhere on your screen, giving you flexibility in how you want to arrange your workspace.
